This was by far the worst business transaction I have ever had on Alibaba.com. When I had reached out to Hangzhou Xiangtong Magnetic Products Co., Ltd to find a reliable supplier to work with, many of the sales personnel who responded back were rude and unwilling to work with me. I then worked with Jake who turned out to be an unprofessional, unscrupulous, uneducated, and deceitful cretin of a general sales manager that would dare threaten customers/businesses from other countries. I am beyond appalled and disgusted with the business transaction I have received from this person and people like this should not be in management. She even threatened to sue my company twice if I used their design. Overall, the samples turned out to be cheaply made, dirty, the designs of the limes were blurry, and the supplier did not add the brand sticker as requested. My suggestion for other companies located in other countries: Look elsewhere and save your money for someone who is not vile and deceitful.
